• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and credited bonus funds (where applicable).

• "Deposit" means any transfer of real funds from a Player to their panen55 Account using an approved payment method.

Account Eligibility

Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To open a panen55 Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on panen55. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. panen55 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts detected and to void any associated transactions or bonus awards.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. panen55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify panen55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

panen55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, utility bills, and bank statements. Accounts that fail to pass required KYC checks within a stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals withheld and may be subject to suspension pending satisfactory verification.

Terms of Use

By using the panen55 Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional betting syndicate, or arbitrage activity.
• You will not use any software, algorithm, bot, scraper, data harvesting tool, or automated system to interact with the Platform in any manner not authorised by panen55.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any game or software component available on the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

panen55 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). The availability of specific methods may vary based on your account status, verification level, and applicable limits.

6.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and player tier. Players at higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated transaction limits. Full details are available within the Platform cashier.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) and DuitNow. FPX and direct bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect) are processed within 5 to 30 minutes subject to banking system availability. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed.

6.5 Withdrawal Conditions

panen55 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawal requests may not be processed to a payment method different from that used for the corresponding deposit without satisfactory KYC documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers made available on panen55 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable real-money funds upon full satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire automatically upon conclusion of the validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus offer may be claimed per registered Account, per household address, and per shared device or IP address.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and in-play wagering activities conducted on panen55:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at which it was placed are binding.
• panen55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded prior to the bet being accepted, unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes vary by sport, market, and event. panen55 reserves the right to limit individual bet sizes, particularly for markets with elevated risk exposure.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or data feed error affecting the display of odds or the recording of a bet, panen55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
• Decisions regarding the settlement of sports betting markets — including the handling of abandoned events, postponements, and walkovers — will follow panen55's Sports Betting Rules as published on the Platform from time to time.
• All casino game and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and are not subject to manipulation by panen55 or by any Player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panen55 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using, accessing, or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of known software vulnerabilities or pricing errors.
• Using artificial intelligence, automated betting software, bots, or any form of scripted interaction with the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, Platform employees, or support staff in any manner.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods to fund an Account.
• Attempting to launder money, conceal the origin of funds, or otherwise use the Platform for any illicit financial purpose.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity information, or registering a second account after a first account has been suspended or closed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the panen55 Platform — including but not limited to software, games, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of panen55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior express written consent of panen55.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, panen55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical errors caused by factors outside the reasonable control of panen55, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or technology vendors whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits panen55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

panen55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate restriction of access.

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

Responsible Gambling

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players are required to contact panen55's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. panen55 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

Players located in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia does not provide a domestic dispute resolution mechanism for offshore online gaming platforms. Malaysian players who have concerns about the fairness of game outcomes or the handling of funds should first raise the matter through our formal complaints process as described above.

Amendments to These Terms

panen55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address on their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
